How the Book Works
This book uses the techniques of plyometric training to shock your central nervous system, your muscles, and your body as a whole to jump higher. This is different from traditional workouts that are supposed to be designed to allow you to jump higher. It uses a deeper part of your musculature system, and uses more parts of your body in order to build the strength and flexibility needed to jump higher.

They are living proof that this program is able to work. This product also comes with four extra bonus workout plans that allow you to keep working on your jumps even after the main program is over. You can keep working on your jumps as long as you want to after this program is over. It also comes with a mobile platform that allows you to take your exercises wherever you want, tracking and showing your progress everywhere.
The cons, however, are that you must stick with this program for the complete 8 weeks if you want to see the gains and keep them. You cannot skip days or stop halfway through if you want to maintain those high jumps permanently. For those who are completely out of shape, this program may be very difficult to keep up as it is very physically demanding.
My Personal Experience
In order to test how well this product actually works, I decided to try this product myself. I am a minimally athletic person, and have not had much experience playing basketball, let alone trying to jump or dunk. But I wanted to try this, to see if it would be beneficially for my son, who is much more interested in basketball than me.
I followed the pre-shock workout, and my body felt more invigorated, and I already found myself jumping higher than I ever thought I could. Then, following the shock workout plan, I saw the real gains. They were very hard to believe, considering I had basically no experience with basketball before this. The post-shock workout plan ensured that my body would get used to the new work out. I thought it was a great program, and I loved every minute of it.
When I first looked into this program, I was skeptical. I was not sure how myself, or my children, or anyone for that matter, could suddenly gain inches in their jumps and dunks. But after reading through so many positive reviews, and my own personal experiences with the program, I am a full believer. It works great, helping me, someone who has never dunked in their life, dunk just like a professional.
