Candidas

There is no questioning that the fungus candida, more commonly known as the yeast infection, is not a desirable condition for any person out there. Unfortunately, far too many people out there just can’t seem to avoid this particular disorder. This is most likely because many people don’t take care of their hygiene enough (even if they believe they are). The thing about yeast infection is that it can affect anybody out there with just a little dirt coming in contact with their sexual organs. Nonetheless, this does not necessarily mean that there is nothing that people can do in order to cure candidas. Speaking of which, here are some tips on how to cure candidas that people can actually take into consideration.

How to Get Rid of Candida Naturally

When it comes to how to get rid of yeast infection and candidas naturally, men and women will have to know first the factors that may well trigger this problem. Additionally, they will also have to find out about the symptoms of this disorder. That way, they will not misinterpret other disorders as fungus candida or yeast infection. Once identified, you can figure out what to do to achieve that magical one day yeast infection treatment. So, the factors that may well trigger yeast infection include:

  • Antibiotics
  • Corticosteroids
  • Uncontrolled diabetes
  • Increased estrogen concentration

And symptoms of yeast infection/candidas:

  • Pain and soreness
  • Itchy and irritated vulva
  • Reddish and swollen vulva
  • Burnt feeling around the vagina/pubic area while having a sexual intercourse or simply urinating
  • A visible discharge around the vagina or penis; this discharge often looks like an odorless, thick and white cottage cheese

How Do I Get Rid of a Yeast Infection?

We posted a list of the best treatments for candidas up above, but here are some additional natural remedies for candidas.

  • Garlic

The first cure worth considering is garlic. Despite looking insignificant at first, garlic is in fact a very effective treatment for yeast infection and also numerous other ailments. The reason behind this is because garlic has some natural anti-fungal, antibacterial and antibiotic substances within it. Either start eating a lot of it, or applying juice from a clove directly where needed. Careful – it might sting your candidas.

  • Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is the next effective remedy to deal with fungus candidas. People acquire this particular oil from the leaves of a tea tree. One important thing to note is that when someone is suffering from yeast infection, there’s irritation going on in the afflicted area. Unfortunately, tea tree oil has an irritating property as well. Therefore, if you’re going to use tea tree oil, you want to severely limit the quantity you apply to the affected area.

Tea tree oil works to kill candidas by directly inhibiting it’s ability to replicate – as shown in lab research. It also messes with candidas directly by interefering with membrane properties/functions. If that wasn’t enough for you, tea tree oil has also been noted to make it harder for candidas to stick to human cell surfaces. Note – tea tree oil can be toxic when taken orally. Such cases have been known to cause vomiting, diarrhea, and hallucations. If you’re going to try it, only apply it topically after conducting your own research, and ensure that you keep it out of the reach of young children for their own safety.

  • Cranberries

There are not many people out there who are fond of eating cranberries. I’m definitely among the group that hates em. Unfortunately, it seems that in the future I may consider picking up a bag as cranberries can effectively treat the fungus candida as well, thanks to their antibacterial and anti-fungal attributes. In addition to that, cranberries can even help heal those people out there who may well be suffering from a urinary tract or other infections on their bladder. Cranberries contain Lactobacillus, which is a “friendly” sort of bacteria that can help prevent yeast infections. Yogurt also has a similar type of bacteria.

  • Yogurt

Yogurt is the next thing to consider for those who are looking for the answer to how to get rid of candida. The thing about yogurt is that it has this bacteria strain, the lactobacillus acidophilus. This bacteria strain is very well capable of healing the infections that affect a person’s body. Nonetheless, fungus candidas sufferers should not forget that they should consume only plain yogurt instead of the sweetened yogurt for candidas.

L. acidophilus, found in yogurt that has “live cultures” is a natural “vaginal neighbor” to Candidas. By introducing more L. acidophilus to your system, Candidas will begin to lose control as the L. acidophilus wards off yeast infections by producing lactic acid which will keep the vagina’s pH level low and uninhabitable for Candidas. Obviously, this method can only be properly utilized by women, even though both men and women can get yeast infections. Sorry guys! If you do not wish to digest yogurt itself, you can also take L. acidophilus capsules to get the same effect. There are also some studies that have been done that show that applying yogurt directly to an infected vagina can help fight yeast infections – but of course if you want to go this method you want to be safe, ensure that the type of yogurt you’re applying is the correct kind, and make sure that it is unsweetened, natural yogurt before you apply it.

Here is a study that was published about the effects of yogurt on yeast infections. Click here to view.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar is another great treatment for yeast infection that has multiple applications. Hell, even if you don’t want to use it for your yeast infection I recommend picking up a bottle off Amazon (from Bragg) anyway. It’s pretty much a modern day panacea. Containing distinctive substances that are not available elsewhere, the apple cider vinegar can effectively cure women from their yeast infection. Besides the yeast infection, it turns out that the apple cider vinegar can also treat other health disorders.

  • Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is semisolid, fatty oil extracted from the “meat” of the coconut and has a ton of health and beauty benefits. Some well documented examples include use of it hair, skin, for your immune system, for cooking, for soaps and other cosmetics, and now even for yeast infection. The active ingredients of coconut oil (the types of acid) have antiviral, antifungal, and antimicrobial attributes which is why it’s used for so many various reasons. Fortunately, these features also make it effective for yeast infection treatment.

It is always a good idea to consume coconut, both the fruit and the oil. While the fruit can promote a person’s health, the oil has antifungal properties as stated above. Additionally, the energy you get from consuming it will help your immune system fight off the candidas naturally, and rubbing the oil on your skin has been noted to act as a sort of shield, or protective layer against chaffing the infected, irritated skin. As a result, you can get over their yeast infection quickly and effectively. Check out our extensive coconut oil guides (there are two in fact) for more information.

  • Boric Acid

There may not be so many people out there who actually know what the boric acid is. Well, to understand it easily, the boric acid can simply be considered as a chemical substance that is well equipped with antiseptic and antifungal properties. This enables the boric acid to cure people’s yeast infection and candidas naturally and effectively.

  • Ditch Your Underwear

Well, this may sound pretty strange at first. But then again, when a someone puts on their underwear (especially if it is a tight) their pubic area is going to become very moist as they walk around and get active. The moist and warm environment are perfect for the growth of fungus. Men should go with looser options, like boxers. Women can try cotton underwear.

  • Medical Treatments

If all the treatments above combined with our solutions listed at the top of this guide do not prove to be effective enough in treating candidas, you may want to consider medical or chemical based treatments. There are in fact a number of one day yeast infection treatments to out there. However, with instant chemical based treatments, there are quite a few things that people will have to pay attention to. For an example, they will have to think about any possible side effects that may occur if they choose to go for the chemical based treatments to get rid of their candida.

One Day Yeast Infection Treatment

Naturally, how fast the treatment that you choose to utilize works will depend entirely on your own genetics, as well as the unique circumstances of your own yeast infection. Are you keeping the infected area moist, allowing for a greater chance of infection to spread or reoccur? Are you perhaps doing the exact opposite, and keeping it too dry so that what you think is a symptom of infection is actually a result of irritation due to your skin simply being unable to cope with the condition that it’s in? And are you capable of curing your symptoms in one day, but plagued by the type of infection that will come back later, over and over, until you figure out how to defeat it at it’s very source?

There are quite a few variables that go into figuring out just how effective your treatment of your candidas will be. And without sounding too cliche, we don’t want to be the people to guarantee you a one day yeast infection treatment without first warning you that results will, naturally, vary. We can however tell you that generally, according to our own worldly experience and seeing reviews from people who tried the various methods we detailed here, using natural methods on candidas seems to be the most effective way of getting rid of yeast infections quickly.

And that pretty much concludes this tutorial. The various types of Candidas shouldn’t seem so scary anymore. Now you know how to get get rid of candida ( how to get rid of yeast infection naturally ) and are aware of various one day yeast infection treatment options. Hopefully we answered the very common question “how do I get rid of candida” for you!

ovarian cyst symptoms

——————-

It is true that not every single woman out there may suffer from the ovarian cysts. As such, it is only natural that only a handful of women out there are actually aware of the existence of such a disorder. But then again, what are the ovarian cysts? Well, they can be considered as fluid-filled things that grow inside a woman’s ovaries. The ovarian cysts can usually develop in either one or both of a woman’s ovaries. Most of the time, however, these cysts are pretty harmless and they will disappear as time passes by. Nevertheless, this does not necessarily mean that women can simply take the ovarian cysts for granted. There are times when the cysts can grow pretty large that they result in rupture or, even worse, ovary damage. This is why it is of utmost importance for women who suffer from the cysts to consider natural cures for ovarian cysts.

Ovarian Cyst Types

Before women start looking for ovarian cyst natural treatments, they should first make themselves knowledgeable in regards to the ovarian cyst types available to see which treatments are best for their unique case. First of all, it is important for women to keep in mind that there are no less than thousands of follicles contained within their ovaries. These follicles function to house a woman’s ovum or immature eggs. Within each month, when a woman approaches her ovulation period, the body will instruct a number of follicles to grow up and mature. Unfortunately, some follicles that happen to encounter a malfunction during the maturation process will form ovarian cysts. Here are the most common kinds:

  • Follicular cyst; this is a cyst that emerges when the follicle can’t seem to rupture, leading to its inability to release egg during a woman’s ovulation period. Instead, the follicle keeps on growing, eventually forming up a cyst.
  • Corpus luteum cyst; once a woman enters her ovulation period and releases her eggs, the follicle will transform itself into something that is often referred to as the corpus luteum. Now, the corpus luteum cyst emerges when the follicle opening seals off. Because the opening is sealed off, the corpus luteum begins to build up fluid. As a result, it then grows into a cyst.
  • Dermoid cysts; these are rather complex cysts that originate from the cells which are in charge of producing the human eggs. As such, the cysts can often contain skin, teeth and hair.
  • Cystadenomas; this cyst grows from a woman’s ovarian tissue. It is normally filled with mucous or liquid.
  • Endometriomas; this is a cyst that forms up at the moment a woman’s ovary gets attached to displaced endometrial cells. As a result, a growth is formed and this growth is often known as the endometriosis. Just for information, this particular cyst type is often known as the chocolate cyst as well.

Factors That Trigger the Ovarian Cysts

There are often quite a few factors that can trigger the growth of these cysts.

  • The use of tamoxifen; for those who may not know just yet, the tamoxifen is often used in order to treat breast cancer.
  • Excessive use of the clomiphene; clomiphene is often associated with the growth of the corpus luteum cysts.
  • The use of gonadotropins; typically used by women attempting to treat infertility.
  • Having a BMI level that is above 30
  • Early menstruation; if a girl aged 11 or below experiences menstruation, she is normally more vulnerable to ovarian cysts
  • Smoking
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Hormonal imbalance
  • Irregular menstrual cycles

Treating the Ovarian Cysts Naturally

Note: These are more tips outside of the solutions we included at the start of this article.

  • Taking advantage of heat

Believe it or not, some women out there have managed to get over their ovarian cysts by exposing themselves to heat. Heat can help reduce the muscular pain or cramps in a woman’s abdomen that is often triggered by the ovarian cysts. Just be careful to not overdo it- know your body’s limits.

  • Drinking chamomile tea

The thing about the chamomile tea is that it has a gentle sedative effect. This effect can really reduce the pain that is felt by a woman who suffers from the ovarian cysts. In addition to that, thanks to its warm nature, the chamomile tea can help control irregular menstrual cycles. The warm nature of the tea stimulates a woman’s blood flow in the uterus and pelvic area.

Other tips:

  • Cease the consumption of soy food
  • Cease water consumption from plastic bottles
  • Make use of natural detergents
  • Stop trying to use plastic to microwave food
  • Consume nothing but organic dairy and meat
  • Stay away from parabens as well as mineral oil that can often be found in beauty or skin care Ovarian Cyst after Menopause

This is one important factor to note. The thing is, after a woman enters menopause, she will become more likely to develop ovarian cancer. This is why it is of utmost importance for women who are in menopause to begin seeing their doctor periodically.

Ovarian Cyst after Hysterectomy

Besides the ovarian cyst after menopause, another thing that a woman should also be concerned about is the ovarian cyst after hysterectomy. It is often the case that a woman will develop a cyst soon after one of these operations. In this case, if the woman suffering from this pain is still considered young she can simply use birth control pills to help eliminate her ovarian cysts. Otherwise, in case the pain persists or worsens, any women out there really should not hesitate at all to go see a doctor. When the pain persists or even becomes worse, this may also be an indication that the woman is also suffering from a urinary tract infection.

And there you have it folks – our recommended natural remedies for ovarian cysts, as well as all the information we have on topics and causes of the cysts such as having an ovarian cyst after menopause or ovarian cyst after hysterectomy. Hopefully you’ll see now that ovarian cyst natural treatment is entirely possible and pretty easy to do yourself with the right tools.

How to Lighten Skin Naturally

how to whiten skin naturally with cream, bleach, or surgery

How To Lighten Skin/Whiten Your Skin: 5 Viable, Natural Options

You don’t have to explain your reasons for wanting learn how to lighten your skin to us. Some people just like their own skin tone better when they are less tan and more pale. In some cultures, it’s seen as a sign of higher ranking/caste to have lighter skin (as dark skin is associated with having to work manual jobs in the sun). Even celebrities are know to get procedures done and take cream and pills to get lighter skin, such as we’ve seen with the Beyonce skin lightening. People (women especially) across the globe want to know how to lighten your skin, and it’s certainly not my position or desire to judge. In fact, I want to do just the opposite – I want to help! I’ve compiled a list of the most effective, natural methods that can show you how to whiten skin without any major problems. We’ll talk about skin lightening pills, the best bleaching cream, skin lightening surgery, skin bleaching soap, and more. Making your skin lighter isn’t quite as simple as tanning is, but it’s not particularly difficult, either.

Here are the five main methods you should consider if you want to know how to lighten your skin. Each one is completely legitimate and is used by hundreds of thousands to millions of people worldwide. A few I actually used myself, which helped immensely in my ranking process (naturally). If you want a fairer complexion, read on.

UPDATE: My Top Recommended Skin Lightening Program

Skin Whitening Forever, my most recommended program, is now on sale. For more info visit their website: www.skinwhiteningforever.com

Option 1: The Skin Whitening Forever Program

Natural methods are number one for me, which is why I’m calling out this method first. This is a complete ebook guide on all the best natural methods you can use to whiten your skin, and acts as a more permanent and lasting solution than say surgery or repeatedly needing to buy creams. I would start here before trying out anything else personally, as hindsight is 20/20 and this was probably the best purchase for me personally. But ebooks aren’t for everyone! If you want to know more about the Skin Whitening Forever, check out the official website at www.skinwhiteningforever.com

Option 2: Get the best bleaching cream you can

The easiest and most cost-effective way to achieve whiter skin is by applying a bleaching cream 1-3x per day. Most creams are completely ineffective, but if you go with one of the best, you can expect anywhere from minor to major results in the span of a couple months.

Intimate Lightening makes one of the most popular creams on the market today. You can check it out by clicking here. Another alternative is MAKARI – a bit more expensive, but with slightly better customer reviews. These are what seem to be the best of the best bleaching cream as far as reviews on Amazon go.

Users tend to love bleaching creams because they don’t just make your skin lighter – they actually make your skin healthier, too. So not only will you have the complexion you’re after – you’ll have glowing skin that vibrantly radiates your new look. Just make sure you do research to make sure you buy is really the best bleaching cream available.

best skin lightening cream

Option 3: Take some skin lightening pills

Pills are substantially easier to take with consistency. Instead of having to apply cream throughout the day, you can toss the pills in your pocket or purse and set alarms to take them. This is important – missing a treatment (through either pills or applying cream) will set you back.

The downside is that skin lightening pills aren’t as effective overall as skin bleaching creams are. Although many users do see success, you also get the reviews where customers claim the pills did nothing for them. So your chances of successful depigmentation are lower, but the whole process is easier. We’d recommend going with this option if you’re looking for lighter skin, but you don’t want to switch up your whole schedule and routine to get it.

(Some users report an upset stomach when using lightening pills – however, this appears to be due to the fact users are not taking the pills with a meal. Always be sure to take your dose after a meal so your body can digest the pill properly!). Personally, pill popping is one of my least favorite activities, so I can’t offer much personal help to anyone who wants to go this route. But skin lightening pills are still a viable answer to how to whiten skin for many people who don’t mind.

Option 4: Get skin lightening surgery

Skin lightening surgery has the highest success rates of all of the options on this list – by a very wide margin.

There are a few downsides, though:

  • It’s expensive – because “lighter skin” isn’t a medical condition, insurance will rarely pay for even a portion of the treatment
  • It’s somewhat intrusive – instead of applying a cream or taking a pill, you’re getting surgery in the hospital for a period of 8-10 weeks
  • It doesn’t last forever – you’ll have to “touch up” your treatments every couple of years (depending on how your body reacts) to maintain the fair complexion

Like we said, though, skin lightening surgery is by far the most effective option. Consult your regular doctor if this is an option you’re interested in – he will point you to a specialist who can give you specific costs and timeline estimates.

skin whitening forever

Option 5: Buy skin bleaching soap

Okay, so maybe you just want skin that’s a little lighter. If that sounds like you, it’s worth exploring making the switch from regular soap to skin bleaching soap.

It’s a self-explanatory solution for depigmentation – instead of having to make adjustments to your life to get a fairer complexion, you just use a bar of soap that was built for that specific purpose.

Obviously, using a different type of soap won’t affect your skin as much as creams, pills, or surgery will. But it’s still a viable solution to consider, especially if you’re still on the fence about wanting whiter skin. Try out some soap (such as Kojie San), see if you like your new look, and if you do, upgrade to one of the more intensive options. Skin bleaching soap is one of those things that you can invest in and then never think about again.

Beyonce Skin Lightening

beyonce skin lightening

I leave this here as an example of one celebrity, who is known for being quite proud and powerful, showing some signs of having gotten some skin lightening done. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but rather I encourage you to use this as evidence that there’s nothing wrong with trying to lighten your skin if someone tries to call you out on it.

Summary: How To Lighten Skin

  • Skin Whitening Forever if you want to use only natural/lasting methods.
  • Bleaching creams are the most popular solution, and you can find multiple effective, affordable options online or at your local health store.
  • Pills are another option – not quite as effective as creams, but much easier to take.
  • Skin lightening surgery is great for people who know they want lighter skin and have the money to spend, but not great for those who are on a budget or don’t want to go to the hospital.
  • Finally, special bars of soap can help you get a fairer complexion with steady usage, although the depigmentation results are not as drastic as the other three options on this list.

Remember, this is a judgement-free zone – scroll up, pick the solution that suits your preferences best, and get to work on your fairer complexion. Good luck! Personally I’d give the skin lightening pills, the best bleaching cream, and skin bleaching soap the best chance to work.

How to Cure ED

How to cure ED ED medications

How to Cure ED

If you’re looking for natural cures for ED, look no further as we go into ED medications, can ED be reversed (yes) and anything else that might help you figure out how to fix ED. Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is one of the scariest health disorders for men. Often referred to as ‘impotence’, this condition keeps men from achieving, let alone maintaining, an erection while having a sexual intercourse. Those men who suffer from this particular health disorder often experience such symptoms as reduced libido or sexual desire. As uncomfortable as it may be, this disorder can affect any men and at any time. There are plenty of things that may well cause this particular disorder. Some of the causes include:erectile dysfunction in young men

  • Alcohol consumption
  • Performance anxiety
  • Relationship issues
  • Stress
  • Fatigue
  • Heart disease
  • Enlarged prostate gland
  • Frequent or heavy smoking
  • Obesity
  • Diabetes
  • Parkinson
  • Multiple sclerosis

Thankfully, for those wondering how to cure ED, there are actually lots of ED medications available (or natural cures for ED if you prefer holistic methods rather than chemical cures) . Below is a list of popular, natural treatments for erectile dysfunction – some of which I’ve used myself.

UPDATE: My Top Recommended ED Curing Program

ED Reverser, my most recommended program, is now on sale. For more info visit their website: www.edreverser.com

Natural Cures for ED

ED Reverser

The ED Reverser program is an all encompassing guide on how to cure erectile dysfunction that is growing in popularity. I’ve used it myself and saw fast, lasting resulting but I know it varies for everyone. This is by far my top recommended method to fix ED. For more information, view the official site at http://edreverser.com/

Panax Ginseng

The Panax ginseng, or the red ginseng, also known as the ‘herbal viagra’, is a very well-known option when it comes to natural cures for ED. There are some studies out there that show decent results from studies using Panax Ginseng, although I’m personally a bit iffy on it. Webmd has an informative page about it.

Rhodiola Rosea

Besides the red ginseng, there is also this substance known as the Rhodiola Rosea that can help treat ED effectively as well. In a study involving 35 men, 26 of them successfully got over their ED disorder after consuming the Rhodiola Rosea periodically. Read more about it here.

ED Medications

ED medications

  • DHEA

DHEA is short term for dehydroepiandrosterone. For those of you wondering what this is, it’s a natural hormone whose production is regulated by the adrenal glands in the body. The thing about DHEA is that it can be converted into either testosterone or estrogen. This is why men who lack DHEA are often pretty vulnerable to Erectile dysfunction. Taking ED medications that increase your production of DHEA can help improve your erection quality.

  • L-Arginine

For those who are after natural ED medications, they may also want to consider going for the L-arginine. This is an amino acid that the body naturally possesses. It is with the help of the L-arginine that the body is capable of producing nitric oxide – which plays a vital role in maintaining an erection. Nitric oxide relaxes your blood vessels so that you can achieve an erection in the first place.

  • Acupuncture

Another solution worth mentioning in terms of natural cures for ED is acupuncture. There have been plenty of cases in which impotent men eventually get over their impotence after opting for the acupuncture procedure. As a matter of fact, acupuncture even improves a man’s erection quality. With that being said, there is really nothing to regret when people go for the acupuncture method when it comes to how to fix ED.

You May Be Wondering – Can ED Be Reversed?

Some people wonder whether or not they an reverse their ED condition, especially if their ED was caused by prolonged exposure to something dangerous (such as smoking) or a sudden accident in which their ED is a direct result of the accident and they had no problems before. The answer is yes, but you have to take action fast in order to mitigate permanent damage that could be occurring in your penis. Things like ED medications only relieve symptoms.fix erectile dysfunction

Some things to look at immediately:

  • Sleeping pattern

For those asking “Can ED be reversed?” the first thing you should be doing is improving your sleeping pattern. Your body is repairing itself at night while you’re resting, so you need to make sure you get plenty of sleep so any existing damage can be undone to realize how to fix ED.

  • Quit alcohol

It will be very good for the people themselves if they can finally quit drinking alcohol. Not only will this help them perform a successful erection once again, it will also promote their health.

  • Adopt a healthy diet

I’m sure you’ve heard by now about various aphrodisiacs, such as chocolate or oysters, that people say can improve erection quality. This is a prime example of how your diet can directly effect your penis. Start eating healthier, with more fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats and less sugar and carbs to see noticeable changes in your ED.

  • Exercise

This one should be a no brainer, seriously. Consistent exercise improves your body’s health and blood flow, which means better, stronger erections.

  • Avoid cholesterol

If people have too much cholesterol inside their body, they are most likely going to suffer from a wide range of diseases. Cholesterol will impede your blood flow all over your body, including your penis, which is going to result in ED. Cut down on that cholesterol.

  • Lose some weight

Pretty much related to the above, higher body fat means your body’s natural functions are going to be impeded slightly which can only be bad as far as figuring out how to fix ED goes. Start looking into health diets that can help you shed fat fast.

  • Keep a low blood pressure

Having high blood pressure or hypertension within the body can often lead to people suffering from ED as well. This is why it is highly recommended that people maintain a stable blood pressure level. To do that, they can try to consume plenty of fruits and vegetables as well as exercise.

  • Controlling diabetes

Another thing that people may have to do as well is to take control of their diabetes. If they suffer from diabetes, either type 1 or type 2, it will often prove to be harder for them to achieve and maintain a successful erection. Diabetes can be controlled decently through various programs and medications, including some we’ve talked about on this site.

Besides the lifestyle habits and medications mentioned above, people can also consider consuming the ginkgo biloba, Indian ginseng or the ashwagandha and also supplements that are derived from zinc as its main ingredient. Of course, however, it is also a good idea to consult a doctor in advance prior to consuming any of the medications.

Where to Learn More about Coconut Oil

It’d be messed up if we provided all this information and didn’t show sources! Before you get into what we deemed the most important, check this out.

Coconut Oil Secrets Exposed – Start here. This is by far the most comprehensive guide on coconut oil and using it to your advantage.

Coconut Oil on Examine – Learn the science behind coconut oil and how it affects your body.

Coconut Oil on Huffington Post – A good breakdown of the studies that have been performed with humans and coconut oil over the years.

————————————————————————————

Below are the top five ways to use your coconut oil once you have it. At the end, we’ll give you the best resources to continue exploring coconut oil and the multitude of ways you can get healthier with it – the recommendations below are just the very tip of the iceberg.

Coconut Oil for Sunburn Healing and Relief

You can use coconut oil for a sunburn of any degree.

  • Aside from aloe vera, it’s hailed as one of the most effective ways to get immediate relief from sunburn pain.
  • Because of coconut oil’s hydrating properties, your sunburn heals exponentially faster than it would on its own.

Simply take a dab of coconut oil, melt it in the microwave, and rub it (to the best of your ability) all over your sunburn. Leave it on for 15 to 30 minutes (or however long your schedule permits). Try to apply it twice a day until your sunburn is completely gone.

For best results, apply moisturizer and aloe vera about an hour before applying the coconut oil. The oil is fairly messy and your moisturizer and aloe vera won’t be absorbed if you try to do them both at once.

Does Coconut Oil help Acne? Sort of.

Coconut oil for acne is an unusual solution because in most cases, oily faces are associated with more acne. The difference is that you’re not leaving the coconut oil on your face permanently – you’re leaving it on for 10 – 15 minutes to get the plethora of skin benefits associated with it, then rinsing it off completely so it doesn’t clog your pores.

If you have mild, moderate or severe acne, try applying coconut oil once per day before you go to bed. As we said, leave it on for 10 – 15 minutes. When you take it off and go to sleep, make sure you sleep on a clean pillowcase or a clean towel.

Right after rinsing it off, you’ll notice your skin feels softer and looks healthier in the mirror. Users around the web have hailed coconut oil as one of the top 10 natural remedies for acne, and sometimes, dermatologists even recommend it themselves.

You can’t forget about it, though – if you leave the oil on your face too long (anything past 15 minutes), you’ll break out even worse than before.

Coconut Oil for Wrinkles

Most people associate aging with wrinkles, but that’s not always the case. Wrinkles can also be caused by free radicals in your body – these are the same things that turn apples brown.

Coconut oil has a slew of different antioxidants that can help battle the free radical cells on your face causing your wrinkles. Just like if you had acne, apply the oil for 10 – 15 minutes before you go to sleep. Using coconut oil for wrinkles is just as effective as using it for acne.

Users report results within 3 – 4 weeks of consistent usage.

Coconut Oil for Constipation Relief

When you’re “blocked up”, it’s usually because your stool is too hard. Drinking coconut oil can help you soften your stool with medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs). These specialized protein parts interact with your body to “clear things up” very quickly.

Most of the time, people don’t buy coconut oil primarily for constipation – but there will come a time when you’re thankful you have it.

Coconut Oil for lice

Coconut oil for lice is a much cheaper solution than the prescription shampoos your doctor will recommend. We will say that it’s definitely a bit more messy, but in terms of cost, coconut oil cannot be beat.

It’s simple – melt some of the oil and massage it through your hair like any other shampoo or conditioner. Leave it in for 1-2 hours (or however long your schedule permits), and within days, your lice will be completely gone. Good riddance!

And there you go. Coconut oil for lice, coconut oil for wrinkles, coconut oil for sunburn, coconut oil for constipation, and does coconut oil help acne are all addressed now!

How Does Metformin Work – Ultimate Guide & Alternatives

How Does Metformin Work: Information and Alternatives

By the time you’re done on this page, you should know everything you need to about Metformin – including benefits of Metformin, Metformin cost, Metformin alternatives, how does Metformin work, and about dosage of the drug such as the most common one, Metformin 1000 mg. Diabetes can often prove to be quite a deadly disease, and incidences of it occurring are only rising. While diet and exercise are the primary ways of preventing it, simply put some people can’t avoid it. Once diagnosed, one of the most common medicines prescribed by doctors is metformin. Metformin has been decently regarded as far as effectiveness in dealing with Type 2 diabetes goes, but a lot of people don’t fully understand it. This guide will teach you everything you need to know about it, and we also provided some natural alternatives at the end in case you decide that you would rather treat your diabetes naturally.

UPDATE: My Top Recommended Diabetes Treatment Program

7 Steps to Health, my most recommended program, is now on sale. For more info visit their website: www.theictmd.com

How Does Metformin Work?

metformin alternatives natural

Before deciding to take any medication in particular, it is highly recommended that people find out first the answer to the question how. Metformin works by reducing the level of glucose that the human liver produces. To do that, it will usually attempt to activate your AMPK. AMPK stands for AMP-activated protein kinase. This is a kind of protein that functions in a similar way to that of an energy sensor. Whenever it detects any cellular activities that may potentially lead to glucose storage, it will set off those activities. In addition to this, Metformin will also decrease cholesterol and fatty acid while at the same time enhancing glucose entry into the cells of the body.

Metformin 1000 mg and other Dosage

Now, the next logical step is figuring out your dosage. Most of the time, patients who suffer from type 2 diabetes are often suggested to consume the metformin 1000 mg tablets. This dosage seems to be the most ideal and effective dosage to treat people suffering from type 2 diabetes. For those who, for some reason, may not be able to take this dosage, they can also go for the metformin 500 mg, metformin 750 mg and the metformin 850 mg tablets. Of course, with different dosages, there is a different price that patients will have to pay for. You’ll have to negotiate with your pharmacy (and wallet) to figure out which dosage is ideal for your financial situation while providing you with the most benefit.

For example, those who choose to consume the metformin 500 mg tablets will often have to pay for somewhere around $8.56 for 14 tablets. Yet, the commonly accepted metformin cost for the 750 mg usually lies around $19.85 for 30 tablets. If you need an even higher dosage, 850 mg, you’re looking at an average price of $9.30 for 60 tablets. Lastly, for those who need to consume the metformin 1000 mg tablets, the cost that they will have to pay for often ranges from $13.65 for 30 tablets to $162.27 each for 20 tablets.

The Benefits of Metformin

After learning about how metformin works and the dosage they need to consume, it is a wise idea for people to also learn about the benefits of metformin.

  • Metformin is well capable of minimizing cardiovascular risk factors. These factors include hypofibrinolysis, low level of high density lipoproteins (HDL), high triglyceride, hypertension and visceral obesity. All of these factors can often lead to the body forming resistance towards the insulin hormone.
  • One of the benefits of metformin is that it can help people lose their body weight effectively as well. With that being said, this particular medication is really ideal for obese people. It can help prevent them from experiencing health disorders, outside of diabetes, that are often triggered by obesity.
  • The benefits of metformin also include the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome. For those who are unaware, this is a condition in which women suffer from absent or irregular menstrual periods. In addition to that, those women out there who suffer from the polycystic ovarian syndrome often experience elevated androstenedione and testosterone. And, as if these symptoms are not enough, sufferers of this disease often have to deal with acne, either hair loss or excessive hair growth, obesity, infertility and abnormal bleeding as well. Thankfully, all of these conditions can be healed using metformin. In this case, patients are free to choose whether they want to consume the metformin 1000 mg tablets or other dosage available.
  • Metformin is also known to have the ability to increase the immunity of the cells towards cancer. It is well capable of preventing tumor growth and enhancing the function of anti-cancer medications.
  • Metformin is also beneficial to those people out there who have the potential to suffer from any of the following health disorders: excessive weight gain, infections, decreased immunity that may well lead to the cancer disease, nephropathies, retinopathies, endocrine issues, cardiovascular problems and, of course, diabetes.

Metformin Alternatives

Now, some people may think that there is nothing else they can do besides relying on metformin to deal with their type 2 diabetes. That, however, is not true at all. In fact, there are quite a few metformin alternatives that people can utilize, especially if they are keen on trying to beat their diabetes naturally. Even though metformin does have various benefits, the alternative methods are still work a serious consideration as well.

When it comes to metformin alternatives that can help people get over their diabetes, people can often choose from the following options:

  • Changing their habits to promote a healthy lifestyle
  • Injecting the insulin hormone or other diabetes medications
  • Other oral diabetes medications besides metformin

If you want to go with the “healthy lifestyle” solution, I would highly suggest checking out David Andrew’s Diabetes Destroyer guide to beating Type 2 Diabetes Naturally. The official website is www.diabetesdestroyer.com . This is a good method to have a lasting treatment for diabetes, but keep in mind it will involve you changing up your diet and lifestyle to keep results. You have to weigh the changes versus requiring medication to treat your symptoms.

If you want to go with Insulin, be aware that while it’s the most common treatment for diabetes it’s always good to get all the facts before you jump into depending on it. Make sure you look up information on Insulin. Just be aware that the price is pretty high and will increase as you keep buying Insulin.

And click here for an introduction on controlling diabetes through other oral medications. Some popular ones include alpha glucosidase inhibitors, thiazolidinediones, meglitinides and sulfonylureas.

And there you have it folks, you know all you could possibly desire about the drug – benefits of Metformin, Metformin cost, Metformin alternatives, how does Metformin work, and why Metformin 1000 mg is the most common accepted dosage.

Does Eczema Go Away?

does eczema go away

Does Eczema Go Away

Topics covered: Does Eczema Go Away (obviously), how to clear up eczema, how to stop eczema from spreading, and how to treat eczema on feet (more info below – but its a personal case).

Eczema is a unique topic for many people. Most people who are currently trying to figure out how to get rid of it are either teenagers or young adults who have grown up with this skin condition and are absolutely sick of it – or they are mothers who have discovered that their child has eczema and they want to know how to get rid of it or at the very least know how to stop eczema from spreading. As a woman who has suffered from eczema growing up and a proud aunt who helped get rid of a nasty case of eczema in my niece, let me tell you, it’s easier to beat than you might realize!

UPDATE: My Top Recommended Eczema Treatment Program

Eczema Free Forever, my most recommended program, is now on sale. For more info visit their website: www.eczemafreeforever.com

Before I begin, I assume that if you’re on this page you’re looking for natural eczema cures, and would rather not try a bunch of experimental nonsense that may or may not work. If you are indeed interested in just natural methods, here’s a list of the top three solutions to eczema that I’ve personally tried and found to be effective.

  1. Eczema Free Forever by Rachel Anderson  This is an excellent, all-encompassing guide on how to quickly find relief for eczema, and how to eliminate it completely through all natural methods. For more information, check out the official websites at eczemafreeforever.com . This is the main guide I personally used to get rid of my eczema (and it showed me how to treat eczema on feet for my niece)

2. Aveeno Eczema Therapy Moisturizing Cream A bit on the pricey side but rave reviews back this cream up! It works great on skin regardless of if you have eczema or not and is great from providing quick relief, but naturally once you stop using it you’ll probably see symptoms returning.

3. Eczema Pills from Ayurverda – Now THESE I personally have not tried, but I know a few people who live and die by ayuverdic remedies who saw decent results dealing with their eczema through these pills. Personally I’m not much a pill popper, but an option is an option. Check them out on amazon.

Most of these methods are pretty self explanatory, but if you want more information on how and why they work, or to learn more about eczema as a condition itself, keep reading! Learn what I did so you can better equip yourself to fight it off for good.

How to Stop Eczema from Spreading

No big surprise that people want to know how to stop eczema from spreading. By now you should be able to recognize it when you see it – itchy, red skin and small papules on the skin that are just generally unappealing. The term ‘eczema’ is used for denoting apparent inflammatory process that involves the epidermis layer of the skin fundamentally marked by those symptoms. From there you go to scaling and skin pigmentation.

What is atopic dermatitis then?

Atopic Dermatitis is what eczema is most commonly denoted as. It is a chronic skin issue that generally begins during infancy and continues all through the childhood days. When some children outgrow the issue, some will continue to experience the problem even through the adulthood.

As it develops in childhood, many parents with kids having this skin condition have a question ‘Does eczema go away?’ The answer is that there is actually no way to tell if it will go away completely. However, it is highly possible that the symptoms might lessen as the kids grow. There are chances that the individual might have occasional flare-ups, particularly during the times, when the skin is highly sensitive and gets affected by some environmental changes.

Personally, I prefer to take an active approach when dealing with the unknown, so I started trying out a bunch of random/researched cures for eczema. I’ve done the hard work for you above if you want to know the top 3 cures that I’ve seen work/heard great things about. I just couldn’t stand waiting to see if it would resolve on its own – especially not with so many various versions of eczema out there.

Types of Eczema:

  • Stasis dermatitis: This is a type of eczema, wherein the skin irritation will be experienced by patients on the lower legs due to circulatory issues.
  • Seborrheic eczema: This is a type wherein patients will experience just greasy, yellowish and flaky patches of skin, particularly on the face and on the scalp
  • Nummular eczema: For this type, the patient will experience circular patches of irritated skin that is encased associated with itching and scaling.
  • Neurodermatitis: With this type, the patients will experience scaly spots of skin, specifically on lower legs, wrists, forearms and head. These symptoms might have been triggered by short-term problems like insect bites.
  • Dyshidrotic eczema:  The patient will experience irritation on skin, particularly on the soles of feet and in the palms and this will be associated with blisters as well.
  • Contact eczema: This type is caused because of an allergen confined to any area of the skin that gets in contact with the allergen.
  • Allergic contact eczema: This is a type, which is also known as dermatitis. With this type, the problem arises in response to the contact of immune system to a foreign agent that is not suitable for the body.

How to Treat Eczema On Feet

This may seem like a random question, but it’s what lead me to try out my recommended eczema cures on my infant niece (to great results). My sister started noticing eczema on her little one’s foot at the age of 2 and was just starting to get concerned when she asked me about it (even though I grew up with eczema, she was lucky enough to never have a problem). I convinced her to trust me enough to try out something that worked for me personally (Rachel Anderson’s program that I mentioned above) to try to see if it would work, or at least point me in the right direction of figuring out how to treat eczema on feet. The skin on your foot is quite different in texture than other areas of your body, and I didn’t know how effective the treatment would be.

Luckily, my Niece saw remarkable improvement after just a few days, and in less than two weeks her eczema was completely clear from her feet! Just goes to show you that the natural methods can work effectively, and should at least be safely tried before you jump to medications that you might be signing up to have a lifetime prescription of.

More Info On Eczema

Hereditary factors:

It is also found that children are more likely to develop this issue, if one of the parents has had eczema or any other atopic diseases like asthma or rhinoconjunctivitis. If both parents have atopic disease, the chances are even more.

Furthermore, the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases have discovered that nearly half of the kids with any type of atopic dermatitis diseases might develop another atopic disease like eczema.

Environmental factors:

  • Irritants
  • Allergens
  • Microbes
  • Temperature changes
  • Foods
  • Stress
  • Hormonal changes

Treatment and preventing triggers:

As mentioned earlier, there is no specific answer to the question ‘Does eczema go away’. However, the treatment for this issue generally aims at healing the affected area. The remedies also aim at preventing the flare ups. Doctors will generally suggest a tailor-made treatment plan, based on different factors like age of the patient, present state of health and symptoms experienced.

Tips to alleviate the symptoms and improving skin health:

  • It is recommended to use a moisturizing cream or lotion regularly
  • Taking regular warm baths for twice a day will help
  • To lock in the moisture content of the skin, it is important to apply moisturizing cream or lotion immediately after bathing.
  • It is also suggested to avoid tight-fitting costumes and also it is better to use soft clothing that will not irritate the sensitive skin.
  • It is better to use a mild soap for bathing
  • It is also suggested to keep the finger nails short to avoid scratching of skin as it might trigger irritation
  • Using a humidifier in home can help
  • After bathing, the skin should not be rubbed with towel and it can be left to air dry or patting can be done.

Medicines prescribed:

When you seek the help of a doctor with the question ‘how to clear up eczema?’ he might suggest the following types of medicines:

  • For external application some creams and ointments with corticosteroid properties might be recommended. The reason is that these anti-inflammatory medicines should be able to relieve the symptoms of eczema like itchiness and inflammation.
  • If these creams are not effective, he might suggest systemic corticosteroids. These might either be injected or might be taken in the form of tablets for a shorter period of time.
  • Antibiotics might be recommended
  • Also, some medicines will be prescribed for treatment of fungal and viral infections
  • To reduce the risk of nighttime scratching, medicines falling under the category of antihistamines will be prescribed to induce good sleep at nights.
  • The medicines falling under the category of calcineurin inhibitors might be suggested for topical application as they can suppress the activities of the immune system for prevention of flare-ups and for bringing down inflammation.
  • For preventing water loss and for repairing the skin, barrier repair moisturizers might be suggested.
  • For treatment of moderate and mild eczema, phototherapy treatment might be suggested. This is a treatment, wherein the patient will be exposed to UV A or B Waves either both of them together or alone.

Sounds like a lot right? Because it is.

Eczema can be a scary thing at first, but seriously – try the natural methods FIRST because you jump to relying on medications! It worked for me and it worked for my infant niece. It might work for you too! Now you know that eczema does go away – if treated properly.

How to Lose Cellulite Fast

How to Lose Cellulite Fast

Let’s get the facts straight – there are way too many women getting frantic asking questions like this “how to reduce cellulite on thighs and buttocks? ” “how to stop cellulite?” “how to beat cellulite?” “how to lose cellulite fast?”. Dr. Oz talks about it regularly.

Cellulite is not a medical condition or a disease; it actually refers to the lumpy, dimpled flesh on various parts of the body especially the abdomen, the thighs, the hips and the buttocks. It is not related to being over-weight as it is prevalent in many normal adult and adolescent women. Cellulite also does not cause any pain or suffering (directly) , but it surely leaves a bad impression on your over all looks, especially if you like to show off your skin. Women who are self-conscious about their looks take it very seriously and are always on a look out for means on how they can eliminate it as quickly as possible.

UPDATE: My Top Recommended Cellulite Beating Program

Cellulite Gone, my most recommended program, is now on sale. For more info visit their website: www.cellulitegone.com

How to Lose Cellulite Fast

As this condition affects the women around the world, questions like this are quite common on the net. Unfortunately, far too many women are ready to spend huge sums of money on getting rid of their cellulite quickly before looking into what they are actually spending their money on. Many companies thrive on this naivety, selling bogus or subpar products to women and profiting off their desperation. We’ve tried quite a few of these products (my sister and I) and have come up with a top three list of the most effective methods we’ve personally had the pleasure of losing.

  • The Cellulite Gone program by Joey Atlas worked pretty well for me. It’s how I first learned the history of cellulite (the term was coined by European spa companies to market women’s insecurities) and has excellent natural methods to deal with cellulite through a targeted workout plan. To learn more yourself, go to the official websites at www.truthaboutcellulite.com if you really want to see cellulite disappear quickly.
  • Methylxanthines – like theophyilline, aminophylline and caffeine, are known to work extremely well with women. I’m sure by now you’ve heard of the popular “coffee cellulite scrub“. This makes #2 on the list because it’s also a natural method that is said to work fast, but to be honest I personally didn’t see too much results with cellulite elimination. Based off what I’ve heard from friends though, it’s definitely worth a try for a woman who wants to depend only on natural cures.
  • There are a number of other dietary supplements available in the market which contain ingredients such as ginkgo biloba, soy and fish oil that can help you get rid of cellulite as well, but the problem is that a LOT of these supplement companies make their main money off fudging the numbers as far as dosage and even reviews goes (as they’ll hire people to leave fake reviews and take down negative reviews).

How to Stop Cellulite

Once you notice that you are getting that lumpy and dimpled flesh we know as cellulite on various parts of your body (especially your legs and buttocks ), you need to make sure to stop it from spreading. Finding the answer on how to stop cellulite spreading further is of major concern. Below is a list of the most common solutions that will stop the development of any further cellulite (which is essentially caused by damage to the muscle tissues directly beneath the skin).

  • One of the most popular solutions on how to stop cellulite is stop eating fattening foods. Even though cellulite is not directly related to body weight, these foods high in fat are causing damage to cells all throughout your body. This includes those muscle cells in the areas your cellulite is forming.
  • Since the first method we advertised was to fix you diet, you should already know what to expect from the second method. Exercise. Start going for walks or jogs (whichever one you can keep up for a decent length of time) every 1-3 days.
  • If it is severe you need to take drastic measures on how to reduce cellulite – resort to joining a gym
  • There are some fat-burning pills and dietary supplements available in the market you can use to find the “quick and easy” solution, but we can’t even begin to tell you how many scams there are out there. Scroll back up to see our personally recommended cellulite treatments.

How to Reduce Cellulite on Thighs and Buttocks

Ah yes, the main problem areas that women hate to have to deal with cellulite on.

Although cellulite can appear on any part of the body, most women are primarily concerned when it appears on thighs and buttocks. So naturally, they wonder how to eradicate it.

Sounds like a job for another bullet point list.

  • Squats! Lunges! Leg Presses! A good way to reverse the muscle damage that is causing the cellulite is to start building muscle in the desired area. This means squats and not skipping leg day are going to be your new best friends.
  • There are some Mesotherapy treatments available which involve injecting certain medications in the effected tissues to burn the extra fat to address cellulite.
  • If you have a lot of money and don’t need to save money, just to know how to reduce cellulite on your thighs/buttocks/legs you can always go to laser therapy or light therapy. It worked for Kim Kardashian after all.

How to Beat Cellulite

It is always a good idea to know everything about cellulite, what causes it and how to handle it so that you are able to make sure it does not show up in the first place. Realizing getting rid of cellulite is only possible if you are familiar with the factors that cause it and try to avoid them. Hopefully our guide has been illuminating enough for you to realize exactly what the best options are for you personally.

Almost any of these treatments will work quickly if you give them the proper time and effort to. Let this be an end to the questions. No more of this:  “how to reduce cellulite on thighs and buttocks? ” “how to stop cellulite?” “how to beat cellulite?” “how to lose cellulite fast?”. You know everything you need to.

2. Metformin (oral pill) This is a pretty common diabetes medications that can be easy enough to pick up from your doctor. It’s designed to help control your blood sugar levels. I’ve found that this was pretty effective, but the probably is that it’s a medicine so like all medicines, eventually you run out. Being too dependent on Metformin can lead to you falling into a pitfall as far as your money goes, depending entirely on medications to try and get your symptoms under control instead of giving natural methods a solid chance.

3. The ADA Diet The ADA diet was created by the American Diabetes Association to combat diabetes symptoms, and while I think it has merit it has come under fire recently for being ineffective in many people. I still recommend you look into it though, because you never know what might work for you that didn’t work for others.

Now that you’ve seen what works to fight symptoms, time for us to get into the symptoms of diabetes themselves.

Fighting the basic symptoms of Diabetes – The Ultimate Guide

Perhaps the most common form of disease in humans is Diabetes which is characterized by high blood sugar levels in the body over a long period of time. It is considered to be an insulin deficiency syndrome where either the body (specifically pancreas) does not produce enough insulin or the cells lose their ability to respond to the insulin produced which is in turn responsible for controlling sugar levels in blood.

Diabetes mellitus, or simply Diabetes, can cause serious complications in our body leading to strokes, chronic kidney failure and can even prove to be fatal if left untreated. While these can be categorized among the long-term complications, acute complications include diabetic ketoacidosis and nonketotic hyperosmolar coma. The former is defined as a condition in which the body starts burning fatty acids and produces acidic ketone bodies due to shortage of insulin which leads to severe complications ultimately leading to untimed death.

Nonketotic hyperosmolar coma is different from diabetic ketoacidosis in terms of fat burning and rather leads to acute dehydration followed by coma and finally death. Diabetes can be branched into three types in terms of cause and symptoms. Type 1 diabetes is caused by the failure of pancreas to produce enough insulin for the body while Type 2 diabetes results from the unresponsive nature of cells towards insulin.

Both of these types can be branched into hypoglycaemia and hyperglycaemia which are characterized by very low blood glucose level and very high blood glucose level, respectively. The third type known as gestational diabetes occurs mostly in pregnant woman without a diabetic history. When diabetes assumes bigger role in degrading our body, immediate medical attention is required to prevent any possibility of terminal illness.

However if detected during the first stages through some basic symptoms, it can easily be fought off by following certain precautions and counter-measures that have been prescribed by doctors and researchers all over the world. We shall now discuss about these symptoms and how to prevent them individually in order to prevent diabetes in the long run.

Diabetes Fatigue

One of the classic symptoms of diabetes mellitus is diabetes fatigue which causes excessive tiredness and exhaustion. Although fatigue can be caused by both hypoglycaemia and hyperglycaemia, the source of cause is a bit different. When fatigue is caused due to low glucose levels it results in lack of enough energy to perform a task, i.e. the cells do not get to work well with the low sugar level. On the other hand when fatigue is caused by high glucose levels in the blood, it results in preventing the cells from getting enough nutrients and oxygen for metabolism as high sugar level slows down blood circulation. Stress can be also be the cause of diabetes fatigue as it leads to increase in blood glucose level, may cause inflammation and can even trigger increase in heart rate which makes the heart work more leading to exhaustion. However it can controlled and prevented. The first step lies in treating your diabetes by eating healthy foods and fruits that are low on sugar but high on other essential nutrients. Also having proper sleep and regular short naps can lower down the very cause of fatigue. Reducing stress and having regular tea can also be considered as prompt measures for fatigue treatment.

Diabetes Nausea

Diabetes has been known to cause nausea due to abnormal glucose levels in the blood. Nausea can be characterized as some irritation or uneasiness in the stomach which may lead to vomiting. In order to prevent diabetes nausea one needs to drink fluids having enough carbohydrates in order to keep the body metabolism running as well as to prevent dehydration which is often associated with nausea. However acute diabetes nausea is caused by diabetic ketoacidosis which requires immediate medical attention and if left untreated may lead to coma and finally death as mentioned before. It is thus advisory to perform an insulin check every 3-4 hours along with a ketone level test to ensure that the levels are not crossed. And if unfortunately it happens then seeking the help of a doctor and getting admitted to the hospital is the best you can do to keep yourself safe from complications.

Diabetes Hair Loss

One shocking diabetes indicator is diabetes hair loss which is known to be caused mainly due to Type 2 diabetes. When the insulin in our body isn’t used effectively as it should, it leads to increase in the blood sugar levels. This inadvertently causes damage to the blood vessels which carry important nutrients throughout the body for nourishment. With the same reason in effect, the blood vessels fail to carry enough oxygen to the hair follicles leading to their malnourishment and as a result our scalp starts losing hair due to abnormal growth cycle. It has also been recorded that hair loss doesn’t only occur from our scalp, but we may also lose facial hairs and even hair under arms. Diabetes can also cause another hair loss disease known as alopecia areata which causes patches of hair loss instead of complete loss. Adjusting diet, taking proper medicines and intaking biotins can regularize the blood flow and lessen the damage caused to the hair follicles. The hormonal imbalance caused by diabetes can lead to hair loss during pregnancy but it can be prevented by seeking medical attention. Also the drugs prescribed for treating diabetes should be monitored because they can also be the reason behind the diabetes hair loss.

Diabetes early symptoms

As we have discussed above, diabetes can be initially treated during the first stages by taking care of the diabetes early symptoms. If you experience fatigue, nausea, hair loss and some other uneasiness then you might consider giving a thorough check-up of your blood sugar levels in order to make sure that they are within the prescribed levels. It should always be considered that treating the diabetes early symptoms is the key to prevent the harmful effects and sever complications of diabetes. It is thus rightly said, Prevention is better than cure.
